Robert Oberlander

Robert is from Charleston, West Virginia. He enjoys French new wave cinema, and aspires to get evicted from his apartment by stomping pedals and creating the nastiest sounds possible. He maintains a modest blog with a ridiculous name: Super Avant Garde Postmodernism Counterculture. He mainly uses it to write about experimental and extreme music. Robert loves a wide variety of music, but his heart belongs to drone, sludge, hardcore punk, black metal, noise and various combinations of them.
